The principle of the fish feed pellet making diesel machine follows a core process of "raw material processing - extrusion molding - finished product output": First, the fish feed raw materials enter the crushing system through the feed inlet and are ground to the required particle size (fish feed is usually 40-60 mesh); then, the crushed raw materials are conveyed to the pelleting system, where the starch is fully gelatinized under high-temperature extrusion, and the raw materials are pressed into pellets with a diameter of 2-8mm; finally, the formed pellets are cooled and output, ready for direct use in fish feeding. Throughout the process, the diesel engine provides continuous power to each stage, ensuring that the power requirements of each process are met
