Plastic container tooling requires coordinated control of dimensional accuracy, rim and lid-fit geometry, material distribution, cavity-to-cavity cooling, draft angles, and nesting and denesting performance. The forming, cutting and stacking interfaces must also be matched to the customer’s thermoforming machine and target output to ensure stable, consistent production.
The forming process is selected according to the required product detail, forming depth and production speed.
Ribs, pockets, locating features and functional edges can be incorporated according to the product requirements.
Replaceable inserts can be considered for selected product variants where the tooling structure allows.
Separate or integrated trimming solutions are available, with in-house mold trials and sample confirmation before shipment.

We manufacture thermoforming molds for round, square and rectangular containers, deep-draw tubs, single- and multi-compartment trays, hinged containers, and containers with separate lids. The rim profile, reinforcing ribs, nesting features and cavity layout can all be customized from your drawings or physical samples.
Our molds can be designed for commonly used thermoforming materials such as PP, PET and PS. The shrinkage allowance, draft angles, vacuum or pressure system, plug-assist design and cooling layout are adjusted according to the selected material, sheet thickness and container depth.
We review the container and matching lid design, define the rim and snap-fit dimensions, compensate for material shrinkage, and balance cooling and airflow across all cavities. Critical dimensions are inspected, and the mold can be tested in-house to verify the container shape and lid fit before shipment.
Yes. We customize the forming mold, cutting mold and stacking tooling to match your machine’s forming area, mounting dimensions, stroke, forming direction, water and air connections, cutting method and stacking interface. Machine drawings or existing mold drawings are required for final interface confirmation.
