Description

Oil Type Transformer Coil Winding Machine With PLC Control System And Servo Motor ZPX550 is with automatic wire laying technology and tension technologies, which makes the machine wind the coil turn by turn and make the finished coil tight when winding. This winding machine can count the number of turns, even when the power is off suddenly, it can also save the parameters preset. The main motor is 4kw, which provides strong pulling force and assures the machine can wind big coil and big size wire. One servo motor with 0.75 kw is used to drive the wire guide, which can move the wire guide precisely and assure the machine wind the coil as requested. The coil winding machine is a professional equipment for winding coil, these coil can be used in transformers, reactors, and similar products. This machine features slow starting, smooth running, high automation, full functions, and strong driving force, etc.
