  • lay wire automatically
  • wind copper or aluminium wire

  • count the turns, the range is from 0 to 9999.99

  • wind with different speed, just through adjusting the potentiometer on the board

  • start slowly, at the beginning of running machine, the rotating speed will rise gradually till to the normal speed, the duration can be preset, from 0 seconds to 5 seconds

Main Feature

  • Occupying small space, this machine is mainly used to wind small coil, the volume is small
  • Setting parameters is very easy, the parameters can be input through the touch screen
  • Easy to operate, just inputting the relevant parameters, the machine can winding automatically as per the parameters
  • The winding speed can be adjusted through a potentiometer on the screen board
  • Spread pitch between turns can be preset, the minimum is 0.01mm
  • Strong pulling force, 1.5kw motor is enough to winding the wire coil
  • Automatic laying the wire, a 0.75kw servo motor driven wire guide to arrange the wire precisely
  • The wire decoiler can provide a proper tension to make the wound coil tight
  • The tension can be adjusted through a valve
  • The tension can be shown on a pressure gauge
