  • is provided with servo motor to drive the wire guide to make the wire guide move precisely as per the preset parameter;
  • is provided with 7.5kw main winding motor, which provides strong pulling force for the machine and assures the machine wind big coils;
  • is provided control system based on PLC, which makes the machine to run as per the program and run automatically;
  • is provided with touch screen, which provides the machine with interface, the parameters can be input through the screen;
  • can wind two same specifications of coils, these coils can be used in transformer and other similar product, and;
  • can be operated easily

This coil winding machine has strong pulling force, which comes from a 7.5kw motor. Servo motor driven wire guide makes the wire laying precisely. Moreover, the machine features slow starting, smooth running, full function, high automation, etc.
