Product Introduction
Heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea, FM-200) is a colorless, odorless, and non-conductive gas. It features cleanliness, low toxicity, good electrical insulation, and high fire extinguishing efficiency. Its environmental performance is significantly superior to that of halogenated alkanes. It is one of the most successfully developed clean gas fire extinguishing agents so far. Suspended heptafluoropropane can be hung or fixed on the wall and used in conjunction with fire detectors, manual buttons, alarm bells, sound alarms, fire alarm controllers and other alarm devices.
Working principle
Electric control start: Electromagnetic suspension devices are usually used in conjunction with fire detectors, manual start buttons, fire alarm controllers, and other alarm system equipment. When a fire breaks out in the protected area, the fire alarm detector will detect the fire alarm signal and transmit it to the fire alarm controller. After confirming the fire alarm, the controller will output a start signal, causing the electromagnetic drive device to operate, open the container valve, and release the heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent. After confirming the fire alarm by pressing the manual start button, personnel can also activate the fire extinguishing device.
Temperature-sensing start-up: The fixed temperature suppression device mainly relies on the fixed temperature glass bulb on the valve. When a fire breaks out in the protected area and the temperature rises
At a fixed temperature (typically around 68°C), the glass ball will be heated and expand until it breaks, thus opening the container valve. Under pressure, SEvofluoropropane fire extinguishing agent is sprayed from the storage container into the protected area through the spray system.
