FM-200 (HFC-227ea) is a colorless, tasteless, non-corrosive, and electrically insulating extinguishing gas that leaves no residue or pollution after discharge. With an Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) of zero, it is an environmentally friendly agent suitable for fire suppression. These properties make it particularly well-suited for special locations where electrical fires are likely to occur.

Combined with the extinguishing device and electronic accessories, the entire system can be actuated automatically. It monitors the protected area through detectors and, when needed, activates the extinguishing device via a solenoid actuator. This enables fully automated operation, eliminating the risk of an unnoticed fire and reducing the cost of personnel required to supervise the protected area.

The fire suppression system uses the total flooding method to extinguish fires. The activation sequence is as follows:

1. A fire occurs.
2. Smoke or heat detectors detect the change and send a signal to the control panel.
3. The control panel activates the alarm bell.
4. The alarm bell rings, prompting occupants to evacuate the building.
5. A few minutes later, the fire suppression system activates and extinguishes the fire.
