Introduction

Cause of Scaling: When the mineral content in water exceeds its solubility (supersaturated solution), calcium ions and carbonate ions will precipitate to form CaCO₃ crystals, which adhere to the pipe wall to form scale.

Harm of Equipment Scaling: It clogs pipelines, increases energy consumption, shortens the service life of equipment, provides a breeding ground for bacteria in scale, requires frequent manual cleaning and maintenance, and necessitates the addition of a large amount of chemical agents.

The scale inhibitor uses an electromagnetic method for descaling. It consists of a frequency - modulated current generator and a signal cable wound around the outer wall of the pipeline.
