The KOSO EP800 series electro-pneumatic positioners are designed for use with pneumatic actuators, specifically for positioning pneumatic actuator-operated control valves. They convert an input 4-20mA DC signal into output air pressure to control the actions of the actuator. Meanwhile, they receive feedback based on the actuator's stroke, enabling the actuator's stroke to be precisely positioned according to the control signal.​

Precise Positioning: Achieves accurate positioning of the actuator's stroke through valve position feedback from the valve stem, with a dead zone of less than 0.4% of the full stroke and a backdrop of less than 1% for full travel.​

Versatile Input Signals: Supports standard 4-20mA DC input signals, as well as split signals like 4-12mA DC, 12-20mA DC, and 10-50mA DC (for specific models), adapting to different control systems.​
