Product Introduction



This analyzer is composed of a probe and a converter, and it functions as both a Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer and a High - Temperature Humidity Analyzer.​

As a Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer, it is highly suitable for monitoring the oxygen concentration in combustion gases of large or small boilers, various industrial furnaces, and combustion devices. It also plays a role in controlling low - oxygen combustion.​

As a Zirconia High - Temperature Humidity Analyzer (of the separate type), it is used for continuous humidity measurement of hot gases in driers that rely on electrical heaters or hot gas as the heat source. Additionally, it finds application in a range of manufacturing processes involving humidifiers and driers, aiding in humidity measurement and control to enhance productivity in these fields.​

The ZR802G converter is equipped with a digital display that shows not only the oxygen concentration but also the cell temperature and cell emf.​

It includes a Human Machine Interface (HMI) with an easy - to - use touch - screen operation, making the operation more convenient.​

It has dual functions, serving as both an oxygen analyzer and a high - temperature humidity analyzer, meeting diverse measurement needs.​

The separate type Zirconia High - Temperature Humidity Analyzers can continuously measure the humidity of hot gases, which is beneficial for improving productivity in relevant application fields.​
