The KLSV605 Dripper Series Capacitive Level Sensor is a high-performance liquid level transmitter designed for industrial applications. It operates effectively in challenging environments, unaffected by water vapor, dust, or condensation.

The capacitive liquid level sensor consists of two main components: the sensor probe and the transmitter unit. The diagram illustrates:

• A: Sensor probe that extends into the container or measuring tube
• B & C: Gas phase and liquid phase connection flanges for equipment interface
• D: Measuring cylinder that forms capacitance with the sensor electrode
• E: Drain flange for periodic cleaning to maintain measurement accuracy
• F: Transmitter unit that converts capacitance changes to standard 4-20mA signals

Installation is straightforward - simply connect the gas-liquid phase flanges to corresponding equipment flanges using gaskets and bolts. Ensure pipe interiors are clean and sealing surfaces are intact before installation.

For high-temperature boiler applications, the transmitter is positioned below the sensor with a heat dissipation section to protect electronics. Note the unique 90-degree arm configuration that prevents medium leakage toward the transmitter.
