Description

Collective Bottles or Cans Automatic feeding and shrink packing machine (Double-screw-rod feeding)

It connects directly with the production line, the milks bottles are standing up during packing process, the bottles will be automatically separated with 4 or 5 pcs in one group when passing through the automatic feeding and separation system , then the 4pcs/group or 5 pcs/group will go to the flow wrapping machine and be packed with shrink film.

Features of the automatic shrink wrapping machine:

Flow wrapping Packing machine is based on PLC controlling, more stable and reliable system with less trouble.

Digital display with package length,speed and temperature adjustableseparately,easy and accurate to use.
Two-way tracking for accurate sealing and cutting fo patterns.
Position shutdown and automatic opening-closing device for longitudinalsealing ,ensuring no harm to the packing films.

Having automatic monitoring function. Any fault reason during operation will be self diagnosed, and showing the solution.

Packing parameter with many products could be set, Drawing out the relevant data from memory and the machine will be operate according to these data.

Working Principles:
Rolled film for packing goes from a film-feeding driving roller into a bag-former device wherein to take form. The article to be packed is carried by a feeding conveyor to the formed packing film, which will then take a cylindrical shape after being sealed by a longitudinal sealing machine. A tubing conveyor between the longitudinal seal and end seal feeds the cylindrical film with the article enveloped in it smoothly into the end sealing & cutting device where a photoelectric tracking auto-control system adjusts the sealing & cutting position,the already packed single product is carried to the shrink machine by the output conveyor, the film will tightly covered the product after going through the shrink machine, then the whole shrink packing process is finished.
