CLC-GFAB2300 Semi auto two pieces joint gluer is the last process in corrugated carton box making, with new-updated technology the machine has the characteristic of high production efficiency, fast gluing, lower labor intensity, stable performance, reliable and lower failures. It’s mainly used for two pieces joint carton box gluing, to meet multi kinds of carton, different production requirement, and suitable for gluing various kinds of domestic and export cartons.

THE MAIN FEATURES:

  1. The whole machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen, and is equipped with automatic detection of fault problems in each part, which is convenient for maintenance and can be manually adjusted by button.Lead edge feeding system
  2. Automatic paper feed, automatic gluing, automatic alignment, press and count.
  3. Belt Vacuum feeder, the adjustment is simple, the speed is fast, the paper feeding is accurate, and labor is saved.
  4. This machine can use Single piece, dual pieces, flat carton or irregular carton function, also can choose continuous feeding or Intermittent feeding.
  5. Use Dual Servo suction motor for feeding, which greatly improve the feeding accurate, especially for bent and wrap paperboard.
  6. This machine includes 3 groups of gluing device, middle joint point use hot melt glue, and others use standard cold glue.
  7. After joint together, the cardboard will be conveyor to multi-function hydraulic pressure unit for press.
