General Specifications

1. TP-CR Series open & close type flexo folder gluer is extremely productive, stable, durable and precision.
2. This is a complete line for carton box making, which can finish cardboard feeding, printing, slotting, die-cutting, folding, gluing, counting and ejecting in one pass, more efficiency and save labor cost.
3. The whole line need from 3-4 staffs are enough for production, and can connect with automatic strapping machine or pre-feeder.

FEEDING SECTION

SLOTTER CREASER SECTION

2. Separate shaft for pre-creaser and creaser ensures sufficient crushing and creasing.
3. Auto zero- set for slotting knife.
4. Slotting Register servo control.
5. Slotting boss movements adopts linear guiding system match with ball screw, smooth movement.
6. Slotting boss adopts opposite insert structure, stable moving.

DIE CUTTER SECTION
