Production Description:

1. Specificaitons of TRVV cable

  • Conductor: Multi - ultra fine fine twisted high purity copper wire,meet to VDE 0295/IEC 60228 standard
  • Insulation: special PVC
  • Insulation color:
  • 2C: brown , blue;
  • 3C: brown , blue, yello/green;
  • 4C: brown , blue, yello/green, black; 5C: brown , blue, yello/green, black, grey.
  • Sheath: special PVC, black or grey
  • Nominal cross section: 0.2-2.5mm2
2. Features
  • The cable core is tightly filled, seamless, anti-pull rope and cable core is filled to ensure the round and smooth of the cable.
  • The non-woven cloth is wound and fixed. The non-woven cloth is wrapped outside the core and the tensile rope to play the role of fixation
  • The cable core is around to enhance the tensile strength of the cable
  • Multiple copper core winding enhances the softness of the cable
  • It is resistant to bending and abrasion. It has been proved by many experiments that the bending strength can reach more than 15 million times under the condition of high-speed movement
