PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The FI40 Flange Facer is an internally mounted on-site machining solution engineered to repair and resurface flange sealing faces directly at the job site—eliminating the need to dismantle large equipment. With a machining range of 6 to 40 inches (153–1000 mm), this machine is ideal for precision reconditioning of flat face (FF), raised face (RF), RTJ, and other critical flange profiles to meet ASME B16.5 standards.

Whether operating in a chemical plant, offshore platform, or a power generation facility, the FI40 delivers exceptional accuracy, quick setup, and long-term reliability. Its compact modular design, coupled with powerful pneumatic or electric servo motor options, ensures it performs efficiently in both routine maintenance and emergency shutdowns.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT POWER OPTION FOR ON-SITE FLANGE FACING

FI40P (Pneumatic Motor):
Powered by a 2.2 HP Modec air motor, this model is suitable for ATEX or explosive environments. It’s perfect for offshore rigs and chemical sites.
Requires a stable air source. In remote areas, you may need an auxiliary compressor to maintain consistent pressure and flow.

FI40E (Electric Motor):
Fitted with a 2.0 HP Panasonic servo motor, it offers continuous torque, stepless speed adjustment, and real-time speed feedback via a remote control box.
Highly preferred for workshops, refineries, and scheduled maintenance sites with stable power supply.
