EN817 Water Tap Flow Tester - PLC Controlled Faucet Flow Rate Testing Equipment with Thermal Printer & 304 Stainless Steel Construction

Scope of Application: This equipment is suitable for water hoses, nozzles, pipes, angle valves, etc. Flow rate not
exceeding 30 liters/minute, dynamic pressure less than 0.6 MPa.
Parameters:
1. The frame is made of aluminum; the water used for flow testing can be recycled and stored in the tank.
2. Water Supply System: Stainless steel water tank, stainless steel multi-stage pump, piping;
3. Pressure Regulation: Frequency converter for regulating pressure and flow rate;
4. Four swivel casters will be installed at the bottom; the testing chamber is equipped with LED lighting and an exhaust
fan;
5. Control System: Utilizes a PLC and host computer, displaying flow and pressure information, and includes a thermal
printer;
6. A multi-functional valve mounting plate is located above the water tank, accommodating most commercially
available faucets.
7. Flow Rate Test: Minimum flow rate is tested at 0.14 MPa (20 psi); maximum flow rate is tested at 0.41 MPa; the
nozzle's maximum flow rate is tested at 0.55 MPa.
Functions:
1. Flow rate and pressure can be automatically adjusted by the system.
2. It can also perform low-pressure flow rate tests.
3. Flow rate and pressure data will be displayed on the screen.
4. Time-flow curves will be plotted.
5. Test results will be printed.
