Brief Introduction

This test apparatus evaluates the performance of thermal insulation products at their maximum service temperature. It supports loose insulation, blanket, block, plate, and prefabricated insulating tube shell samples. Equipped with a SUS304 heating plate and three sizes of heating tubes, a PLC plus computer control system, and a high-precision thermocouple measuring system, it enables real-time temperature curve display, timed data collection, and automatic test report output. The machine complies with ISO 8142, GB/T 17430, ASTM C411, and ASTM C447 standards for high-temperature performance testing of thermal insulation materials.
