This salt spray test chamber is engineered for comprehensive evaluation of corrosion resistance across various surface-treated materials including paints, electroplating, organic and inorganic coatings, anode processing, and anti-rust oils after anti-corrosive treatment.

  • Laboratory chamber constructed from 5mm thick PVC sheet, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 80°C
  • Laboratory closure features 6mm thick high-impact acrylic sheet
  • Reagent supplementary bottles include water level perspective windows with hidden viewing areas for easy cleaning and durability
  • Saturated air barrel manufactured from SUS #304 stainless steel for optimal insulation and pressure resistance
  • Laboratory basket features flat indexing frame with adjustable angles, ensuring uniform mist distribution across test specimens
