The YYP-001 Packaging Vibration Testing Machine is engineered based on United States and European transport standards, with reference to similar American equipment for enhanced manufacturing. This advanced testing solution utilizes eccentric bearings to generate rotating elliptical trajectories, simulating the vibration and collision effects experienced by goods during transportation via car or ship.
The test platform is fixed on eccentric bearings that, when rotating, cause the entire platform plane to produce oval-shaped upper, lower, front, and rear movements. Adjusting the rotation speed of the eccentric shaft effectively simulates varying speeds of motor vehicles or vessels.
