The YYE-004 Environmental Test Chamber is designed for drying silica gel and various industrial applications. During the drying process, cold air is drawn into the chamber by the circulation fan and passes through the electrical heater (or oil/gas burner) in the air channel to achieve the required temperature.

With the assistance of an air distributor, hot air flows evenly through each layer of products for efficient heat transfer and carries away evaporated moisture. Most of the damp air recirculates back to the fan for continued drying cycles, while a portion is exhausted to optimize energy efficiency.

After the drying process is complete, simply open the chamber door and pull out the trolleys for product discharge.
