The VW-1 Cable Horizontal and Vertical Burning Tester is a high-precision burning test device designed in strict accordance with the UL 2556-2013 standard. This equipment is specifically designed for VW-1 and FT-2 vertical burning tests in the wire and cable industry. Technical Parameters:

● Test Chamber: This testing machine is constructed from steel plates. The body is coated with anti-static powder, providing an attractive appearance and rust and corrosion resistance. A smoke exhaust system is installed on the top of the chamber to vent exhaust gases outdoors after testing. Two air inlets are located on the lower sides, each equipped with a pneumatic sealing operating device.

● An observation window is provided on the front of the chamber for easy observation of the test results.

● Internal lighting uses a fog-proof and smoke-proof circular lamp.

● 7″ color touchscreen and PLC control.

● Burning time setting: 0~999S adjustable;

● Ignition time setting: 0~999S adjustable;
