Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen and PLC programming control, it achieves automatic ignition, timing, data storage, and report generation. It is easy to operate and highly efficient.
- High-Precision Combustion System
Utilizes imported burners, pressure-regulating valves, and needle valves. The flame height is stable and adjustable (horizontal 25mm±2mm, vertical 40mm±2mm), supporting horizontal, vertical, and 30° multi-angle testing.
- Dual-Mode Testing
Equipped with two sets of stainless steel sample holders for surface combustion and bottom edge combustion, meeting the needs of various testing scenarios. Test programs can be switched with a single button.
- Stable and Reliable Structure
The all-stainless steel combustion chamber and sample holder are corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and have a reasonable size (1200mm×600mm×1200mm), making them sturdy and durable.
- Automated Data Management
Test time is automatically recorded with an accuracy of 0.1 seconds, eliminating the need for manual timing. Data is stored in real time, and reports can be exported.
