The door is filled with a 43 mm thick 300 ± 30 kg / m3 density fire curtain. The panels of the door frame are covered with a thick metal plate on both sides. Finishing of panels can be powder coating, heat transfer pressure, ready to paint and others as needed. Also, all doors are customized according to your specific requirements for sizes, colors, materials. For the Fd30 lightweight door frame, the sheet metal thickness starts from 1.2mm x 1.5mm to 1.8mm or even 2.0mm. Inside, there is also a fireproof perlite board, as the filling material and frame depth reach at least 90 mm. We can also make FD30 lightweight door frames in the finish range according to your needs. We will also advise you on choosing a surface for different applications.
