Applied and installed on structural openings between corridors and offices, closets, storage rooms, stairwells, mechnical rooms etd. , fire rated interior doors can stop fire and smoke from spreading within up to 1-1/2 hours (90 Minutes). Certified and tested to British standard BS476,part 22:1987, fire rated interior doors have features as following:

  • 1-3/4" Thick Slab(45mm)
  • Various Grains and Finishes
  • Mineral Core Doors: 30, 60 or 90 Minute Rated(Mineral core here refers specially to fireproof perltie board)

Fire doors are required to be self closing and positive latching. So other than BS labels for door leaf and door frame., hinges, locks and closers with fireproof function shall also fit the doors.

HPL Panel
HPL means high pressure laminates, because of its advantage in anti-UV,high strength, fireproof performance, impact, water and humidity resistance it is widely suggested and used on fire rated exterior wooden doors. By default the thickness of HPL by us is 6mm, colors can be customized as your request.
Baking Paint
We have two kinds of baking paint processes for your choice: Baking Paint with Veneer and Baking Paint with Mixed Oil. Both processes demonstrate more decorative beauty than other finishes, therefore the whole door looks more high-ended.
More options: PVC and Melamine finish or unfinished are all available.
