Heat Resistant Fire Clay Bricks
Suitable for lining of furnaces, boilers, and incinerators in various industrial applications.
Product Overview
Fire clay bricks offer significant economic and practical advantages in moderate-temperature industrial applications. Their relatively simple manufacturing process using widely available raw materials results in lower production costs compared to high alumina bricks and other advanced refractories. The porous structure provides excellent thermal insulation properties, reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency in furnaces operating between 800-1300°C.
Industrial Applications
Fire clay bricks are widely used in various industrial applications where moderate-temperature resistance and economic viability are primary considerations:
- Steel industry: furnace hearths, regenerators, and annealing furnaces
- Cement industry: kiln preheaters, cooler walls, and auxiliary equipment
- Brick and ceramic kilns, glass annealing lehrs, and forging furnaces
