Phosphate-Bonded High Alumina Refractory Bricks
Phosphate-bonded high alumina bricks are engineered for specialized industrial applications where conventional refractory materials prove inadequate. In the chemical industry, these bricks line acid pickling tanks, sulfuric acid production reactors, and fertilizer manufacturing equipment, providing exceptional resistance to acidic corrosion in harsh chemical environments. In the steel industry, they serve as linings for electric arc furnace roofs and ladle slag zones, where their high mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance withstand extreme operating conditions.
The phosphate bonding system delivers excellent thermal shock resistance, enabling these bricks to endure rapid temperature changes up to 1200°C without structural degradation, while maintaining low porosity and high dimensional stability throughout their service life.
