Description

Bladder Coating Agent is a semi - permanent tire bladder coating agent . The active ingredi - ent is a reactive silicone polymer . The product provides an excellent slippage of the bladder into the reen tire and a very good release effect after the cure . After the cure the inside of the tire is clean , smooth and dry . The inner liner splice is not effected because the active ingredient does not show the negative seperation effects normally observed with regular silicone oil . Low consumption and a short drying time make the product very economical . Bladder Coating Agent does not give any stains or marks if accidently applied on the tire outside .

Usage

At first , the bladder has to be cleaned to be sure there are no residues left that might impair the coating . Bladder coating agent is then applied by wiping it directly on the new bladder in an undiluted form . Afterwards you should give enough time for the coating to dry and to bond on the surface of the bladder . At the time of cure , bladder coating agent can be sprayed on the surface of the bladder using atomizing or airless spray systems . The suspension has virtually no tendency towards sedimentation . However , we recommend to stir the product gently during processing .

Safety and Transport

Bladder Coating Agent is not classified as a dangerous good according to transport legislation , so we should transport it in term of undangerous good . There is a smell of acetic acid , so it has antiseptic effect . It has not any hurt if you use it in right way .

Storage

Bladder Coating Agent has to be protected from frost , heat and direct sunlight . If these rules are obeyed , the product can be stored for six months . The production date is stated on the lot number on the label of each container .
