Description:
This product is a rubber Ozonprotector / antioxidant of wax compound mixture, selected from a variety of paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, etc.. In the rubber mixing and curing process the product was completely dissolved. It forms a supersaturated solution of paraffin wax system in rubber products during application and storage, and makes continuous paraffin hydrocarbon molecules migrate to the rubber surface. This migration is on-going until the paraffin concentration achieving a balance effect finally on the surface and internal rubber products. On basis of wax solubility and migration, the dynamic balance keeps a complete protective film on the rubber surface with long-term stability, thereby preventing oxygen and ozone attack and protecting from destruction of the rubber. The protective film shows an excellent stability against dynamic stress, which, in the meantime also takes a role of weakening light damage to rubber.
SR-WRDD is technologically formulated by means of controlling the composition ratio of n- alkanes and isoparaffin, and reasonably controlling carbon number distribution, Therefore, this product has a reasonable melting point range, stable movement viscosity range, etc. Targeted and strengthening protection in a specific environmental temperature range, good migration performance in a wide range of environment, and excellent protection efficiency.
Application Fields:
Tires, conveyor belts, etc., all kinds of rubber products for high temperature applications. It can be used with chemical antioxidant to extend the scope of protection and to improve the protective effect.
Aapplications:
1) Granular product suitable for use with automatic and manual measurement, in order to ensure dispersion, it is recommended to join in the initial mixing.
2) This product is recommended to use in the internal mixer. The application in the open mill, it is recommended the mixing temperature should exceed the melting point above 10 ℃.
3) Recommended dosage:1-4phr for tires; 2-6phr for conveyor belts; in other rubber products, it is based on experimental results. The recommended maximum dosage is 10phr.

White or yellow granules, no coloring, no product contamination, good dispersion behavior.
The wax protective film is tight and flexible, no cracking and breaking against dynamic stress.

Storage:
Stored at room temperature (0-35 ℃), in cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid from sun
exposure. If stored at higher temperatures, caking and agglomerating may occur, but does not affect its performance. Use within 1 year from the date of manufacture.
