Bio-based Rubber Plasticizer
Technical Introduction
SR-BIO is a bio-based rubber plasticizer specially modified from vegetable oil. Its unique structure and modification provide good compatibility with synthetic rubbers such as SSBR, CR, NBR, and natural rubber (NR). This bio-based rubber plasticizer enhances the basic properties of rubber, resulting in low Mooney viscosity, easy processing, good low-temperature performance, and a significant advantage in elongation at break. This effectively improves the processing performance of rubber, reduces energy consumption, and lowers costs.
Application Areas:
SR-BIO is used in the production of tires and rubber products to improve the processing performance of rubber and provide good processing characteristics to the rubber compound.
Usage:
1. The recommended dosage should not exceed 15 phr; the specific dosage depends on the formula and product requirements.
