Polyester Dye Carrier SR-982
Ionicity: Anionic
Appearance: Light yellow liquid
Main Composition: High polymer esters
Properties: It is used for dyeing of polyester and its blended (wool-polyester) fabrics or yarns evenly under high temperature, so that the dyeing of the fibers is uniform everywhere, so as to achieve the purpose of level dyeing. When there is dyeing defect or the color of the fabric is uneven at the head and tail, the dyes on the fabric can be transferred from the high concentration to the low concentration, and the dyeing of the fiber can be uniform everywhere. At low temperature, the carrier of disperse dyes when dyeing dark color can promote the plasticization and swelling of polyester fibers. It has excellent solubilization and migration ability to disperse dyes and achieves low temperature dyeing effect. This product is tasteless, not easy to crystallize at low
temperature. It does not contain APEO, benzyl benzoate and phthalate esters. It meets the requirements of environmental protection.
Low Temperature Accelerant SR-1000B
Ionicity: Nonionic
Appearance: Light yellow liquid
Main Composition: Various high polymer condensate, etc.
Properties: With colloidal effect which protects protein fiber, for which the force of dyeing fiber is greatly improved, the breakage rate of blended yarn is declined and the dyeing time is shortened so that the production efficiency and the physical quality of finished products will be significantly enhanced. While dyeing by the mordant dyes, the dyeing temperature will drop from 100℃ (boiling dye) to 85-90℃, and the mordant dyeing temperature (oxidizing temperature of lead sulfate)will also drop to 90℃, which will bring slight fiber injuries to the wool, cashmere and high count yarn so as to bring significant economic benefit.
