Pre-dispersed Masterbatch R-80 Technical Introduction
 R-80 is made from high-purity resorcinol mixed with polymers and dispersants.
 As an adhesive for rubber, textiles, and metals, R-80 can be used together with formaldehyde donors such as H-80 during processing to form a resorcinol-formaldehyde resin system that bonds rubber to textiles or steel cord. This ensures strong adhesion between the rubber and the textile or metal. R-80 is easily dispersed during mixing, avoiding the volatility issues associated with pure crystalline resorcinol during the mixing process.
 R-80 is non-dusting and easily dispersed. It is suitable for automatic weighing, ensuring accurate measurement.
Application Areas:
Suitable for tires and general rubber products.
Dosage:
 Typically 3-4 parts
 Added to the masterbatch; add resorcinol first, then add the adhesive donor during the final mixing stage.
 The ratio of resorcinol to adhesive donor is: 1:1.5-1:2
Product Properties:
— Composition: Mixture of 80% resorcinol and 20% polymer and dispersant
— Appearance: White to light brown columnar granules.
— Density (20℃): Approximately 1.09 g/cm³
Packaging:
20kg PE bag in a cardboard box; or quantitative packaging according to customer requirements.
