Hollow Heavy Oil Pump
This pump has a heating cable that goes down through the hollow sucker rod and the central pump passage to heat high viscosity crude oil under the pump, reducing viscosity and melting paraffin to increase the oil’s fluidity, to improve pumping capacity. The pump can also inject a thermal medium into the hole through the hollow sucker rod instead of using the heating cable.
Features
The electric heating rod directly heats the crude oil in the liner under the pump to reduce its viscosity, increase fluidity and improve the pump fullness coefficient.
The traveling valve is forced to open and close to prevent gas lock.
The electric heating rod acts as a heavy rod, helping downward plunger travel.

Long Plunger Sand control Pump
Adopting long plunger and short barrel structure, the plunger locates on the top of the barrel during the pumping process and decreases the sand block .Install sand setting channel outside the barrel to prevent the well to be plugged and immersed by the sand.
