It maintains a 97% elongation at break in sub-freezing environments, completely eliminating the low-temperature brittle cracking and ice crystal clogging issues associated with traditional filters. Certified for drinking water safety according to NSF/ANSI 61, it is suitable for use in demanding applications such as Arctic research stations and coal mine wastewater treatment in cold regions.
