Description

Normal temperature polyester filter bags are one of the most versatile filter materials in the industrial dust removal field, suitable for normal temperature flexible dust conditions with a temperature ≤130℃. They are widely used in industries such as food processing, building materials, and metallurgy. Made from polyester fiber through needle-punched felt technology, they possess excellent wear resistance, tensile strength, and chemical stability, and can withstand weak acids and weak alkalis. They are capable of handling abrasive media such as grain dust and cement dust. The filter bag structure is mostly cylindrical or flat, with a spring ring or flange at the bag mouth for convenient installation; the surface can be treated with singeing, calendering, and membrane coating. The membrane-coated version has a filtration accuracy of 0.1μm, strong dust shedding performance, which can reduce the frequency of cleaning and extend the service life. This filter bag has high cost-performance, low operating resistance, good permeability, and can meet the continuous operation requirements of pulse jet bag dust collectors. In the grinding and transfer dust removal links of food processing, it can effectively intercept fine dust, ensuring workshop cleanliness and equipment stability.
