Our PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) filter bag specializes in industrial filtration, excelling in high-temperature, acidic, and alkaline environments. Made from premium PPS fibers, it offers robust performance and cost-effectiveness for stable dust control.

It features excellent heat resistance: 160-190℃ continuous use, 230℃ short-term tolerance. Stable in non-oxidizing high-temp conditions, it’s perfect for coal-fired power plants, waste incinerators handling high-heat, sulfur-rich flue gas.

With strong chemical resistance (resists dilute acids, alkalis, solvents), it avoids degradation. It withstands humidity and hydrolysis, ensuring long life in chemical processing and metallurgical smelting.

It filters 0.5-micron particles with over 99.6% efficiency. Optional anti-static/PTFE treatments enhance dust release, reducing pressure drop and energy use. Its high strength resists wear, lasting 25-40% longer than polyester bags.

Compliant with EPA and GB/T 6719, it’s widely used in power, waste, and chemical industries. Customizable in length, diameter, and end fittings, it integrates seamlessly with existing equipment.
