Waste incineration and hazardous waste treatment industry
This is the core application field of P84 filter bags. The flue gas emitted by waste incinerators and hazardous waste incinerators is characterized by high temperature (200-250℃), high corrosivity (containing acidic gases such as HCl and SO₂), and strong dust viscosity. P84 filter bags can efficiently intercept pollutants such as dioxins and heavy metal particles in the flue gas, meet strict environmental protection emission standards, and can resist the erosion of acidic gases to avoid premature failure of the filter bags.
2. Metallurgical smelting industry
It is suitable for flue gas purification in blast furnace ironmaking, electric furnace steelmaking, and non-ferrous metal smelting (copper, aluminum, zinc, etc.). The high-temperature dust-containing flue gas generated during the smelting process is mixed with metal oxide dust and sulfide gas. The high-temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of P84 filter bags enable them to operate stably under high-temperature and high-wear working conditions, effectively recover valuable metal dust, and achieve emission standards at the same time.
3. Cement and building materials industry
It is used for tail gas treatment of cement rotary kilns, grate coolers, clinker mills and other equipment. The high-temperature flue gas (200-280℃) in cement production contains a large amount of alkaline dust, and there is a risk of dust adhesion and condensation. The surface filtration characteristics of P84 filter bags can reduce the phenomenon of bag pasting, ensure the long-term low-resistance operation of the dust collector, and reduce the equipment operation and maintenance costs.
4. Chemical and petrochemical industry
It is aimed at filtering high-temperature toxic and corrosive gases generated by chemical reactors, cracking furnaces, catalyst regeneration devices, etc. For example, the flue gas from catalytic cracking units in the petrochemical industry has high temperature and contains sulfur and nitrogen oxides. P84 filter bags can withstand complex chemical environments, intercept fine catalyst dust, and avoid environmental pollution and equipment blockage.
5. Power industry (special working conditions)
It is suitable for flue gas purification of circulating fluidized bed boilers (CFB). Such boilers have relatively high exhaust gas temperatures (200-250℃) and large fluctuations in sulfur content. Compared with conventional glass fiber filter bags, P84 filter bags have better flexibility and folding resistance, can adapt to the frequent impact of pulse dust cleaning, and extend the service life.
