Description

Stainless Steel 304 316 Contrast I-Net, Generally With 0.05m to1.0m

Stainless steel Contrast I-Net is also called reverse dutch wire cloth. Compared with standard dutch weaving, reverse dutch weaving is a very strong woven product in which the larger count of wires is found in the warp and the smaller count in the shute, thus reversing the method used in plain dutch weave, twilled dutch weaves and sometimes referred to as PZ and KPZ Mesh.

Features: Stainless steel reverse dutch wire mesh offers good wear-resistance, acid-resistance, heat-resistance and corrosion resistance. It also has fine filtration and highly durable construction. With excellent filtration performance, filtration accuracy, high load strength, high/low temperature resistance and other characteristics.

Max Width: 1.0m (Weaving 1020mm then cut the edge.)

Common Material: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L.

Weaving methods: reverse plain dutch weave, reverse twill dutch weave.
