80μm White Cast Polyethylene Film
This high-performance white CPE film delivers consistent quality and reliable performance. Available in custom widths with glossy or matte finish options, supplied as slit rolls. Ideal for flexible packaging, lamination, industrial applications, daily chemical products, and food packaging.
Production Process
The manufacturing process begins with high-grade PE resins blended with food-safe white masterbatch and functional additives. This mixture is melted, plasticized, and extruded through a precision cast die, then cooled by a chill roll for shaping. After slitting, winding, and rigorous quality inspections, the finished 80μm white CPE film is prepared for delivery.
Product Features
- Consistent 80μm thickness with ±2μm tolerance
- Pure uniform white color with smooth, blemish-free surface
- Non-toxic, odorless, and food contact compliant
- Excellent heat-sealability and flexibility
- Superior toughness with resistance to tearing
- Available in custom surface finishes (glossy/matte)
Key Advantages
This 80μm white CPE film offers superior dimensional accuracy through advanced cast technology. It provides strong heat seal strength with low sealing temperature requirements, along with excellent puncture resistance for effective product protection. The film is cost-efficient, lightweight yet durable, with stable performance characteristics and easy secondary processing capabilities including printing and lamination.
Application Scenarios
Widely utilized in flexible packaging for food products (snacks, frozen goods), daily chemicals (toiletries, detergents), and industrial components. Also serves as a lamination base film for composite packaging applications. Suitable for sanitary products and agricultural packaging (seeds, fertilizers) due to its safety and reliability standards.
