60μm White CPE Film
Outstanding thickness uniformity, smooth surface, excellent heat-seal performance, great flexibility, puncture resistance, and stable processing. Suitable for flexible packaging applications.
Production Process
Our 60μm white CPE (Cast Polyethylene) film is manufactured using advanced cast extrusion technology. The process begins with high-quality PE raw materials (LDPE or blended PE) being uniformly mixed with food-grade white masterbatch and functional additives in a high-speed mixer. The mixed materials are then fed into the extruder, melted and plasticized at precise temperatures (160-180℃), and extruded through a flat die to form a molten film. The molten film is cooled and shaped by a chill roll to ensure uniform thickness and smooth surface. Finally, it undergoes slitting, winding, inspection, and packaging to produce the finished 60μm white CPE film that meets our stringent quality standards.
Product Features

Performance Advantages
Superior Quality and Performance
Compared with similar films, our 60μm white CPE film offers distinct advantages. The cast production process ensures ultra-uniform thickness, eliminating the uneven thickness issues common with blown film and improving product consistency. The film features superior heat seal performance with lower sealing temperatures, reducing packaging energy consumption while increasing production efficiency. Enhanced puncture and tear resistance provide effective protection for packaged products. The film is lightweight, cost-effective, and offers excellent processability for easy printing, lamination, and other secondary processing operations.
Application Scenarios
The 60μm white CPE film is widely used across various industries due to its exceptional performance characteristics:
- Food Packaging: Snack bags, candy packaging, frozen food packaging
- Daily Chemical Packaging: Toilet paper packaging, detergent packaging
- Industrial Packaging: Small parts packaging, electronic component packaging
- Lamination Base Film: Composite packaging with excellent bonding performance
- Sanitary Products: Sanitary napkin packaging, diaper packaging
- Agricultural Packaging: Seed packaging, fertilizer packaging
