The ETH-DIMC2424M Series is an industrial-grade L2+ Managed 24-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch
featuring 24x10/100/1000Base-T RJ45 ports and 4x1000Base-X SFP fiber slots
for flexible connectivity. This hardened switch has been designed to withstand challenging
environmental conditions. It offers auto-negotiation, Full/Half-duplex modes, and
auto MDI/MDI-X on copper ports, while its SFP slots support both single-mode
and multi-mode fibre for long-distance links. This product boasts advanced management
capabilities and ruggedised construction, making it ideal for IP surveillance (IP cameras),
wireless access points (WAPs) and remote industrial networks. It delivers reliability, scalability
and plug-and-play deployment.

After-Sales and Warranty Policy
It is composed of online customer service and telephone customer service, providing product consultation,
remote technical support, maintenance and acceptance services.
Service Policy: Three-month replacement and three-year warranty.
Replacement: Within three months of purchasing a series of products, after testing the product failure
by technicians and man-made damage caused by non-natural disasters, the purchaser can directly
go to the purchasing point to replace the same type of products.Or a product of comparable performance.
If there is no trouble in product testing, the original sample will be returned.
Warranty: Man-made damage caused by non-natural disasters, our company's free warranty period is 1 year.

1.Damage caused by operation and maintenance not in accordance with the instructions in the product manual.
2.Damage caused by human factors, such as inappropriate voltage input, water intake and breakage.
