GYTA 6 core G652D Single Mode Stranded Loose Tube Armored Fiber Optic Cable
The fibers, 250μm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. At the center of the cable core is a metal reinforcement core, which, for certain number of cores, is coated with polyethylene (PE). The loose tubing (and filling rope) is stranded around the central strengthening core into a compact and circular cable core, and the gaps in the cable core are filled with water-blocking filler. After being longitudinally coated with plastic-aluminum tape (APL), a layer of polyethylene inner sheath is extruded. After longitudinally coated with plastic steel tape (PSP) on both sides, a polyethylene sheath is extruded to form the cable.
