The GJFJV multi-fiber breakout cable is designed using simplex cables as individual subunits for easy management. A fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) rod is placed at the center to act as a non-metallic strength member, enhancing durability without adding weight. These subunits are helically stranded around the core to ensure flexibility and mechanical stability. The cable is protected by an outer jacket made of either TPU or low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) material, providing safety and environmental compliance.
