FH® Alloy manufactures custom 2.4879 furnace rolls for high-temperature annealing, heat treatment and continuous furnace systems.


The furnace rolls shown here are manufactured in EN 2.4879 / G-NiCr28W heat-resistant cast alloy, with nominal dimensions of 252 × 202 × 3400 mm. The long roll body, tapered transition sections and precision-machined journals are designed to support stable rotation and reliable material transportation in demanding industrial furnace environments.
