1.Air shower description

The channel air shower is an auxiliary equipment for clean workshops and supporting clean rooms. It is used to blow dust on the surfaces of human bodies and carrying objects that enter clean areas.
At the same time, the air lock acts to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean area. It is an effective device for human body, material purification, and prevention of outdoor air pollution in the clean area. It is versatile and can be used with all cleanrooms and cleanrooms. 2.Stainless Steel Air Shower Specification & features:
1) Material: Stainless steel SUS304;
2) Electronic interlock: When A door is open, B door will be locked. A & B doors can't be open during blowing;
3) In case of emergency happens, emergency off button is equipped according to customers' need. Once press, two doors will be
open;
4) Color LCD screen & touch-point switch are used to control the blowing time and lamp time. It shows reminder of HEPA filter
replacement when needed;
5) Infrared sensor can have the automatic blowing and stop;
6) Two-side blowing, left and right, stainless steel nozzles. Three-side blowing can be provided if needs;
7) German Dorma door closer is stable. China KFC stores also choose this type as their door closer;
8) 360-degree rotatable nozzles are installed if needs to keep the high efficiency when blowing off particles from personnel;
1·9) Have electronic interlock air shower patent.
