Operating Instructions

  1. Preparation: Put the items and experimental instruments that need to be operated into the clean bench. Before operation, wash your hands, wear protective gear such as gloves, masks, hats, etc., to ensure the cleanliness of the clean bench.
  2. Turn on the clean bench: Press the power switch. After the clean bench enters the operating state, press the ultraviolet lamp switch to disinfect the air. At this time, the wind speed can be adjusted as needed.
  3. Start the operation: Put the items that need to be operated into the clean bench and carry out experiments, operations, and other work. During the operation, ensure that the height of the hands and the operating items does not exceed the edge of the clean bench to ensure the filtration effect.
  4. Turn off the clean bench: After completing the operation, turn off the ultraviolet lamp first, and then adjust the wind speed of the clean bench to the maximum and continue to run for several minutes to ensure that clean air is blown out to avoid residual bacteria and pollutants.
  5. Cleaning and maintenance: After each use, the clean bench should be cleaned. When cleaning, first take out the items in the clean bench and wipe the inside and outside surfaces of the clean bench with 75% alcohol. Regularly replace the filter to ensure the effectiveness of the clean bench.
