Best Value for Money - Sodium Humate Granules-Free Sample
Production Process
Our granular sodium humate originates from premium weathered coal sourced directly from our proprietary mine in Fukang, Xinjiang. The manufacturing workflow entails pulverizing raw coal, reacting it with NaOH solution, and subjecting the mixture to 48-hour dual-stage sedimentation for impurity removal. The clarified concentrate is then transferred to open drying fields, where natural air evaporation and periodic turning produce crystalline granules. These are sorted into standard size fractions—large (1.5–2.5 mm) and small (0.5–1.5 mm)—with custom sizing available on request. The final product exhibits a glossy black appearance, complete water solubility, and granular morphology. Lacking high-temperature processing, it retains the full spectrum of humic acid active compounds, enabling easy broadcasting, controlled nutrient release, and versatile applicability.
Applications
Functioning as a "black soil doctor," sodium humate mitigates heavy metal toxicity by immobilizing harmful ions (aluminum, manganese), modulates soil pH, fortifies aggregate structure, enhances water/fertilizer retention capacity, ameliorates saline-alkali conditions, and accelerates root system development.
Soil Remediation
Acidic Soils: Apply 1,500–3,000 kg/ha (optimal: 2,250 kg/ha) and incorporate 10 days before sowing to elevate pH, suppress heavy metal bioavailability (e.g., cadmium), and stimulate yield improvement.
Alkaline/Saline Soils: Neutralizes alkaline substances while promoting aggregation and desalination. Typical rates range from 750–2,250 kg/ha for light-to-moderate conditions, adjustable based on exchangeable sodium percentage (ESP). Combine with amendments such as gypsum and irrigate post-application to facilitate sodium leaching.
Crop Management
Regulates endogenous hormonal balance to drive root formation and bolsters stress tolerance throughout the growth cycle.
Application Protocols
Base Fertilizer: 600–900 kg/ha, placed in holes or furrows and activated via irrigation.
Top Dressing: 150–600 kg/ha delivered as solution or with water during critical growth stages.
Seed Treatment:
