Sandy-Soil Humic Acid Granule Improves Water Retention Date Palm Arid Agriculture
Huayuan sandy-soil humic acid granules are formulated to tackle the two biggest challenges of arid agriculture in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region: poor water retention and low organic matter. In coarse sandy soils, water and nutrients drain away before plant roots can absorb them. The sponge-like structure and high CEC of humic acid reverse this problem, making every litre of irrigation water work harder for date palms, fodder crops and greenhouse vegetables.

Applications
Apply 300-600 kg per hectare and incorporate into the top 20 cm of sandy soil before planting or during the dormant season. For established date palms, apply in a ring around the drip line and irrigate thoroughly. Repeat annually to progressively build organic matter and improve water-use efficiency in arid production systems.
