Step-by-Step Mechanical Operation Breakdown

This waterless fertilizer granulator relies on an automated, high-pressure continuous cycle to convert bulk powders into premium granules:

1. Vacuum-Assisted Powder Feeding Raw industrial powders and chemical salts are transferred into the feeding hopper via a screw conveyor equipped with air-venting channels to eliminate air pockets in the material.
2. Forced Vertical Pre-Compression An internal vertical packing screw pre-compresses the loose dry powder, degassing the material and forcing it evenly into the high-pressure roller feeding throat.
3. Hydraulic Double-Roller Compactor The pre-compressed powder passes between two high-precision counter-rotating rollers. Under massive hydraulic squeezing forces, the powder instantly undergoes compaction, leaving the rollers as solid, high-density sheets.

8. Direct Bulk Packaging & Storage Because the process uses no water, the qualified finished granules are immediately directed to an automated bagging system for 25kg/50kg packing, requiring no cooling or drying lag time.
