This NPK Fertilizer Production Line incorporates a multi-deck vibrating screen grading system that ensures every bag of fertilizer contains uniformly sized granules. Oversize and undersize particles are automatically separated and returned to the production process, achieving consistent product quality and maximizing material utilization.
Screening System Features
- Three-Deck Vibrating Screen: Upper deck removes oversize granules (above 5mm) for re-crushing, middle deck collects target product (2-5mm), and bottom deck separates fine powder (below 2mm) for return to granulator
- Stainless Steel Mesh Screens: Interchangeable 304 stainless steel wire mesh screens with quick-release tension system enabling screen changes in under 15 minutes without disassembling the machine
- Adjustable Vibration Parameters: Variable frequency drive controls vibration amplitude (2-8mm) and frequency (15-25Hz) to optimize screening efficiency for different granule shapes and bulk densities
- Automatic Return Conveying: Oversize granules are conveyed back to the crusher via screw conveyor while fine powder returns to the roller granulator feed hopper, creating a closed-loop production system
- Anti-Clogging Design: Ball cleaning system under each screen deck uses bouncing rubber balls to prevent mesh blinding by sticky or moist fertilizer particles
- Dust-Tight Construction: Fully enclosed screen housing with flexible dust boots at inlet and outlet connections, integrated with central dust collection system
